Serenova Return & Refund Policy

At Serenova, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident when trying them. To maintain product safety and prevent abuse of our policy, please review the terms below.

60-Day Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 60-day happiness guarantee on your first purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
• The product must be at least 50% unused
• The product must be returned before a refund can be issued
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Only one refund per customer is permitted
• Refunds apply to the product price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

• Products returned mostly used or empty
• Refund requests made after 60 days of delivery
• Items returned without prior approval from Serenova
• Multiple refund requests from the same customer
• Orders delayed due to shipping carriers, customs, or weather conditions
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Lost or Stolen Packages
Serenova is not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was lost after delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

Policy Abuse
Serenova reserves the right to deny refunds or returns in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive refund requests.
